MANN, whose name before marriage was Elizabeth FREELAND, was born in Indiana, September 26, 1823, came to Greenbrier County in 1849, and is still living in Irish Corner district, April 13, 1881, in Pocahontas County, West Virginia, Benjamin F. MANN and Ella A. BEARD recorded their marriage vows, and on the 17th of July, 1882, their son Thomas Freeland was born. The birth of Ella A. BEARD was in Monroe County, (now) West Virginia, on the 13th of March, 1855, and S. W. and Sarah (HINCHMAN) BEARD are her parents. Benjamin F.
