Richard Sheets, age 63, of Tampa, Florida, formerly of Oak Hill, died Sunday, March 3, 2002, in Florida.   Mr. Sheets was born August 24, 1938, at Durbin, the son of Leroy Sheets and the late Wilma Beard Sheets.   He was of the Presbyterian faith and was a retired salesman.  His father survives.  Graveside services were held Saturday at the Arbovale Cemetery by the Rev. David Rittenhouse.
