Service : Obsequies for Mrs. Grace Kinnison Beard. Funeral
services were held Wednesday afternoon November the thirtieth Nineteen
Hundred and sixty-six at two o'clock in the Oak Grove Presbyterian Church,
Hillsboro, W. Va. CLERGYMAN The Rev. Leonard Maddy. INTERMENT
Oak Grove Cemetery, Hillsboro, W. Va. Mrs. Grace Kinnison passed away early Monday morning, November 28, 1966 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lucille Price of Sylvester, W. Va. after an illness of eleven years. She was born October 6, 1879 at Hillsboro, W. Va. a daughter of the late Thomas Franklin and Julian Nana Kinnison. Besides Mrs. Price, she is survived by four other daughters, Mrs. Nancy Cooper of Twilight W. Va., Mrs. Pearl Miller of Clarksburg, W. Va. and Mrs. Annette Beard of Charleston, W. Va. a son Paul Beard of Fairfax, Va. , eleven grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren. |
| Mrs. Grace Kinnison Beard, 87, died Monday November 28, 1966 at the home of her daughter Mrs. Lucille Price of Sylvester, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Beard. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Nancy Cooper of Twilight, Mrs. Ethel Wallace of Oak Hill, Mrs. Pearl Miller of Clarksburg, Miss Annette Beard of Charleston, and Mrs. Lucille Price of Sylvester, and one son, Paul Beard of Fairfax, Virginia; 11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in the Oak Grove Presbyterian Church at Hillsboro by the Rev. Leonard Maddy. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery. |
